Pomegranate Juice & Red Wine Ranked Healthiest Beverages
Researchers from the University of California, Los Angeles have ranked 10 beverages according to their antioxidant levels. To get to the bottom of which beverages are best, they used four tests of antioxidant potency, a test of antioxidant functionality and an evaluation of the total polyphenol-rich beverages in the marketplace. The study concluded the following rankings:
1. Pomegranate Juice
2. Red Wine
3. Concord Grape Juice
4. Blueberry Juice
5. Black Cherry Juice
6. Acai Juice
7. Cranberry Juice
8. Orange Juice
9. Tea
10. Apple Juice
Moreover, consuming Symmetry Direct’s Genesis means you can intake the top three beverages (and number 10) in just one ounce! That’s right; one ounce of Genesis contains the ellagitannins found in one whole pomegranate, the resveratrol from one entire bottle of red wine, and infusion including grape and apple extracts, and many more nutrients that protect and nourish the body like no other drink on the planet.

Have you tried Proleva? It contains the antioxidant equivalent of 5 glasses of red wine.

I did look into Proleva and I will pass. My Genesis contains a Standardized amount of Resveratrol (from Red Wine) equal to 1 bottle of wine per ounce serving and 1 medium Pomegranate’s ellagitins per one ounce serving with many other antioxidants. The fact that Genesis is standardized and contains so much in such a small serving is what I like. Also, Genesis is a liquid, the Proleva website didn’t specify, but it appeared to come in a box which led me to believe it was a pill and you only absorb about 30% of a pill. Also, there was not an ingredient listing, so it is hard to tell how much of each antioxidant is included. But thank you for the suggestion.
